There are three ways a character finds his/her way here. 1.) A lot of people are commenting/adoping the character, making it worthy of the spot. 2.) The character is nominated and Crow approves. 3.) A member can post their most beloved (and clearly marked 'NOT FOR ADOPTION') character. If Crow likes the user-posted character enough, it can stay! Yay!
